A Poem by Death
This poem addresses the deceitfulness of the world. Every day we are closer to eternity and wisdom is being aware of the unseen. Too often we choose to ignore the subtle steps we take toward spiritual death. Praise be to God who awakens the eyes of the heart.
Written from the perspective of Death. Death introduces himself and reveals how he tempts, in his pride he claims victory over Man. However, dawn breaks in the eternal night.

Adam
Adam, speaks to the futility of time. If we imagined eternity on a linear scale, mankind will only become a smaller and smaller thumb stamp. Eventually, we will become so small, we would disappear.

Depression Shall Cease
For the moments when we don't see the light beyond the horizon. This is a reminder that the victory is ours and we can have hope when all seems to be lost.

There will come a day when all will stand before Him. What will be that day be like? This poem stems from the passage "The sheeps and goats", Matthew 25.

Listen
This is a haiku about the voice of God. Typically, haikus are written about one's experience in nature. This was written with the passage from 1 Kings in mind, God speaks through the whisper. Sometimes we can not hear God because we speak too much (Ecc. 5:2).
